What is a General Home Inspection?
A home inspection is an objective, professional visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. Our home inspectors will determine the condition of the home’s major systems at the time of the inspection, based on a visual inspection of accessible features. Our home inspectors focus on the structure and performance of the home, rather than the cosmetic or design issues. VisionQuest Home Inspections focuses on the function and safety of the home and also educates the potential home buyer of the longevity of the major mechanicals, expected potential issues of the home and provides recommendations of repairs. Once the home inspection is complete, the potential home buyer will be provided a comprehensive detailed report with reported issues back by photos that are easy to understand. This report is provided within 24 hours of the inspection.
