David is awesome and did a very thorough job of checking the entire house. He made sure we knew everything he had seen and did not rush or make us feel hurried. His emphasis on education was greatly appreciated!

I called VisionQuest Home Inspections after a house fire occurred just two houses down the road from my own home. As firefighters were putting out the fire, we got word from another officer that the fire sparked from a bad bathroom fan motor and could have been easily prevented. Immediately, my fiancé and I jumped on to look for a reputable, affordable and trustworthy home inspector. We found all that and much more in VisionQuest. David was extremely professional and thorough in his findings. He respected my time frame (showing up 15 minutes before) and searched every nook and cranny in my home. He provided a very detailed report of his findings and shared every bit of information with me. David did not just give me a report and leave. He took the time needed to explain everything to me; whether it was in great working order or needed to be replaced or whether or not it could be a potential fire hazard down the line. I recommend this company to anyone looking to work with a phenomenal company that understands the thoroughness it takes to have a complete home inspection. Days after the inspection, VisionQuest even followed up with me to see if I had any concerns or questions with the repairs and replacements I needed. That was above and beyond my expectation. I could not recommend this company any more!

The overall professionalism of both David and Tami, cannot be expressed enough. The way that Tami answered all of my questions even before the inspection begin. And the way that David took his time to help me understand the inspection as it was happening. This was the first home inspection I have ever been involved with.I have pretty high standards and I have to know why things happen. And the level of knowledge that both of these people had was astounding. My husband is a veteran and first responder, they gave us a discount because he was a veteran. So that means a lot that they're wanting to take care of our servicemen and women. I am truly happy that I found David and Tami, such an amazing and helpful team. David told me that I could not only ask him questions now, but if I had questions in the future I could call him. I was so happy with the job that they did and the level of professionalism they showed I gave their card information to my realtor to pass along for other people who needed a home inspection. If I ever need this service again they will be the first ones I call.

I was very happy with my 11 month warranty inspection. The inspector kept me informed, was on time, very clean and thorough. I am a neat freak and he wore shoe covers. Also checked every little detail. Noticed things I did not think of. Price was a better valie than another company I was looking at and they did even more for less. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them as well.

These guys are AWESOME!! Tammy was very professional, courteous and flexible with helping me get an appointment scheduled. She was also able to answer all of my questions prior to the inspection. The inspector, David, arrived on time and did an extremely thorough job throughout the inspection. He came prepared with PPE and continuously wore it the entire time he was at my home. Once he completed the inspection he went through all of his findings with photos. He gave me detailed explanations and reasoning as to what was wrong. He also physically showed me certain things throughout the home. I would highly recommend VisionQuest if your looking to get more than expected!

I had my house inspected shortly after buying, and boy am I glad I did. David came in and found rodents in my garage, wiring issues throughout my home, and many small issues I never noticed myself. Give them a call if you need the best inspector in town!

This was an outstanding service for me. I am purchasing an old house, and it's great to know what I am faced with in regard to renovation. The inspection was complete and thorough and the inspector was punctual, pleasant and honest. This is my first time purchasing a home, my agent originally recommended another company for the inspection however when I did some research I found Vision Quest and decided based on their reviews that they would be the best company for the job. I WAS RIGHT! It was a super smooth , and very detailed inspection. The report gave items to address now as well as items for me as a first time home owner to pay attention to and how to protect my homes longevity. I am super pleased with my decision, and so was my agent who said he’s going to be using them now as well. Oh and price was, on top of being less expensive than the first company I spoke with, they even offered a military / first responders discount on top of it. This will always be my go to company for inspections !
