Having brought, and sold a house in the last three months, I've been at both end of the spectrum. A home inspection should be professional and informative for both the buyer and the seller with no hidden agenda. VisionQuest provided me with nothing less. David was very thorough, professional, and informative. Items of concern were addressed and explained with recommendations on how to correct some items.David's inspection gave me a clear respective about everything I needed to be concerned with when I purchased my home. Good and bad. If you did not get that with your home inspection, maybe you hired the wrong Home Inspection Company. I was very pleased with VisionQuest. I would definitely use VisionQuest again. If you are looking for a professional quality home inspection, I highly recommend you give them a call. You will be glad you did.

David was excellent! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, timely, very thorough. At the end of the inspection he provided me a detailed report within 24hrs. I am glad I used him to inspect my house being a first time homebuyer. Highly recommend and would absolutely use again.

David does a fantastic job. He did an inspection for us and was quite thorough. There were several things he found that we would not have known about and it helped us greatly with our decision about the property. When you are looking to purchase a new home give him a call for sure!

VisionQuest does a fantastic and thorough inspection of homes. From every nook and cranny to the obvious .... Having a home inspector as experienced as David is vital to myself as a Realtor. The customer service he provides to my clients is top notch as well! You will not be disappointed. He does not just work for Realtors, he can do a Home Health Check up for homeowners to see how healthy your home is and what if any deferred maintenance issues are needed. We tend to; as home owners let the little things slide by and only concentrate on the big items. He inspects and discusses the little things that continuously deferred add up to a big cost! This inspection is very useful for pre-listing so your not surprised when a prospective buyers send the laundry list for repairs requests or in general as a homeowner to know exactly your home's health status.
